4 day Intensive Training Course

In just four days you will increase your skill level with a handgun and build confidence as you acquire a solid foundation of shooting skills in a variety of different shooting situations.

Former Special Operations Force (SOF) instructors provide training with proven experience from around the world. Class sizes are limited to five people to ensure the highest level of one-to-one instruction. 

Your training will cover the following topics:

• Safety

• Multiple targets

• Shooting positions

• Shooting on the move

• Shooting behind cover

• Multiple shoots

• Fundamentals of shooting

• Drawing the pistol from the holster

• Malfunctions

• Speed shooting

Equipment Requirements:

Pistol, holster, 2 magazines, magazine holders, belt, wraparound eye protection, ear protection, water bottle, rain gear, and weapon cleaning kit.

Ammunition Requirements:

1,000 rounds of ammunition (available on site)

Additional Information

RONIN SPORTS & Baden International courses are located in the town of Nosara, Costa Rica. It is approximately a one-hour drive from Liberia, Costa Rica. You can arrange for your own transportation or you can arrange for pick up by a local service for a USD $150, per van. Van accommodates 6 people.

Note:

* We recommend the accommodation at the Guilded Iguana due to its proximity to the range.

Alternatively, there is a luxury house available for rent for $1,000 USD per night. The house provides accommodation for 6 – 8 people.

Pick up will be available to and from your hotel/house at predetermined times. If you miss the bus, it is a comfortable 5 km stroll to the range.

Range times will be from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. each day. Your afternoons and evenings will be free time. On the last day there will be a lunch or dinner and a presentation of award certificates.

There are three levels of tactical pistol training courses. Due the complexity of the training, which include acquiring the weapons from armed personal, unarmed techniques, a lower level course is a prerequisite should you wish to attend a higher level one. Unfortunately no other substitute courses are acceptable.
