This is what you’ll need to do when ordering a firearm from us:

Please send us an email or fax us a copy of your PAL or FAC front and back side (for first time buyers) along with the name of the shooting club you belong to and your shipping address with phone number. This can be sent via fax (905) 607-8833 or e-mail at mailto:sales@roninsports.com.

We accept the following methods of payment:

· Our e-commerce website

· e-money transfer or

· Certified cheque/money order.

We will confirm your order by fax or phone and advise you on shipping times. If firearms are not in stock they can usually be ordered and arrive before CFO approval (so there is no waiting time).

We will send you confirmation of your order and payment details. Shipping & delivery charges vary depending on destination and merchandise value.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery costs are extra. Taxes will apply to Canadian orders only. We ship via Canada Post or DHL courier.

Layaway

RONIN SPORTS will allow you to put firearms away on layaway under the following conditions:

· A deposit of 30% of the total cost of goods sold must be paid for to qualify for layaway.

· Items on layaway will be held for a maximum of 3 months.

· Failure to purchase item in full after 3 months will result in the forfeit of the down payment, and firearm will be put back into inventory for resale.

Dealer Policy 

We welcome Dealer inquiries. As a general rule we sell customer direct and discounts are available only on quantity orders.

General Terms on LES BAER Products

· Les Baer Custom, Inc. and Ronin Sports reserve the right to update product at any time.

· All custom pistols and rifles require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.

· The order date becomes effective when the required deposit has been received.

· We will not work on any firearm which has previously been worked on by other gunsmiths.

· Our delivery times are estimated at the time of the order. We will always try to hold our estimated delivery times. Under no circumstances will we rush any order just to get it out of the shop. The quality of our custom pistols and rifles will not be compromised.

· On all custom pistols and rifles we want your 100% satisfaction. As long as customer abuse has not created a problem, we will probably repair your custom pistol or rifle free of charge.

· If you have a problem, it’s usually ammunition related and we can help you over the phone with any concerns you might have. If you have questions, please feel free to call during office hours.

· 100% satisfaction is always our goal. This does not however cover any gunsmithing or modifications done by anyone outside our company. NO EXCEPTIONS!

We accept certified cheques, money orders, paypal (3% charge) or e-transfer.

Duty, Freight & Shipping costs are not included in our pricing.

Note:

All prices on our website are in Canadian Currency. Canadian Residents add 8%PST & 5% GST. 

All prices are subject to change without notice due to exchange fluctuations.

A valid Possession and Acquisition License (PAL) is required to buy and sell firearms in CANADA. Unlawful use of this service on our website will be reported immediately to LAW ENFORCEMENT.
